Online orders: your right to cancel

For most clothing and accessories bought online, you can cancel your order without giving a reason. You have 14 days from the day after receiving your goods to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to send the goods back.

To request a return, please email theultimateladiesboutique@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will provide return instructions.

Returning your items

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. Please package items securely and keep proof of posting. Handling items beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning may affect the amount refunded, as permitted by law.

Refunds

Where you validly cancel an eligible online order, we will refund the relevant goods and any applicable original standard delivery charge. Refunds will normally be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Sale items and exceptions

Sale items still have statutory cancellation and consumer rights. Some products may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind right where the law allows, for example certain sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after their seal has been broken or genuinely personalised goods. An exception will not remove your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can put things right. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. We will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or colour? Please contact us and we'll do our best to help, subject to availability. Your legal rights are unaffected.
