Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

How to return To start a return, please contact us at theultimateladiesboutique@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at theultimateladiesboutique@gmail.com

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at theultimateladiesboutique@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sale/discounted items, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, or gift cards (hygiene and personalisation exceptions under UK law).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method.
