UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which provides parcel tracking and delivery confirmation.

Delivery Charges

• Orders from £0.00 to £99.99: £4.50 Standard UK Tracked Delivery.

• Orders of £100.00 or more: £6.95 Standard UK Tracked Delivery.

• Boutique collection: FREE, strictly by prior appointment only.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

We normally aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched, together with tracking information where available.

If there is a significant delay or an issue with your delivery, please contact us so we can help.

Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be included in your dispatch confirmation.

Please allow time for Royal Mail's tracking system to update after your parcel has been accepted.

Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.

If your parcel is missing, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate.

We remain responsible for delivery as required by applicable consumer law.

Event Tickets

Delivery or collection arrangements for physical event tickets will be explained at checkout or in the relevant event listing, Tickets can be collected on the evening of the event.

Any applicable postage charges will be displayed before payment.
